Heat that dries

Water molecules can be grouped in large clusters, which results in a pronounced stagnation of ambient moisture. By reducing the size of the water clusters into smaller clusters, the heat produced by FIR radiant panels provides a larger heat exchange surface and thus a more efficient evaporation of moisture. This also reduces the amount of energy required to raise the body heat used by piglets to evaporate the moisture from the amniotic fluid on their skin, thus aiding the vaporisation process. By using OMEOTERM® panels, piglets dry better and faster: there is a reduction in mortality due to hypothermia and crushing of piglets, as they are more reactive and vital.
